The Game Programmer must in collaboration with the team implement gameplay, logic, and technical solutions in the games. The Game Programmer is, in collaboration with the team and particularly the Lead Programmer, responsible for choosing the appropriate solutions to the games’ technical challenges (physics, advanced algorithms, sound, animation systems, technical challenges, pipelines, builds, tests, optimization, and general implementation) in accordance with conditions, time and resources available.
